Our History
1992
Starting from humble beginnings, Dr. Mamdouh Farid, BDS MSc HDD, Ph.D. (Manchester), established the first branch of Al Farid Hospital called the Queen Dental Center with a team of medical experts in dentistry, 4 operating rooms, a central sterilization station, a radiology department, and a dental laboratory.
Another branch for the Queen Dental Center was inaugurated with 8 operating rooms and a central sterilization station. Furthermore, this branch became home to the latest technology at the time including a digital panoramic extraoral and intraoral x-ray machine, intraoral cameras, whitening lamps, and a soft laser machine.
2003
2010
Queen Medical Center, another branch under Al Farid Hospital, was inaugurated at the prestigious Villaggio Mall. From expert orthopedic and dermatological care to laparoscopic and laser treatments, this branch is equipped with inpatient and outpatient facilities, operating and recovery rooms, and state-of-the-art laboratory and radiology departments.
